Just Get Active are hosting a free taster event for over fifties at the University of Warwick Sports & Wellness Hub. It will take place on Saturday 14th September from 10am until 2pm. We’d suggest arriving for around 9:30 so you have enough time to stretch and say hello before we get started. There will be hot showers on site as well as first aid. On Friday 30th August, 11:00 at Solihull, we are holding a Walking Cricket taster/promotion and we require 12 volunteers to play to make up the teams. If you fancy trying walking cricket or would like to try something new then let me know asap by return … the first 12 are in! (any mixed age group welcome). On bank holiday Monday ALL sessions at Beechcroft AND Solihull are ON as normal with one exception. The evening 20:30 Over 40’s session is CANCELLED, however, any player that was intending to attend this session is welcome to join in at any of the daytime sessions held at either Solihull or Beechcroft.
