Last weekend some of our over 50's had an away day at Pride Park, home to Derby County FC, for an exhibition game.

The match although short and un refereed was played against a Derby Community walking football side at half time during the Blues v Rams game.

BWFC put on a show on the pitch in front of 28,400 fans (although some had gone to the bar and loo)! Wining 1-0 with a precision pass across goal by Whatmore in the last few seconds of the game finding McGinnell, who coolly slotted past the stranded Derby keeper. Congratulations lads!
